Stay tuned for Upcoming Workshops in Vancouver, Calgary and Banff for 2018…

Here’s an overview of a recent one…

The Kitchen Goddess

Join us on September 30, 2017 from 10am – 4.30pm in the Pioneer Room in Banff, Alberta

It will be a fun filled day of creativity in the kitchen and at the easel –

It’s been our experience, having raised children of our own, that much of the time we spend in the kitchen can feel more like an obligation than a joy.  Repetitive lunches for kids who throw them out or trade them anyway :), dinners made in a hurry so that everyone can rush off, solo meals of cereal or pasta, or trials and errors that your family/friends don’t appreciate.  Been there?

Or maybe you’re seeking to spend more time immersed in creativity, art supplies, and connection?

No matter what you’re after, this will be a day that offers a little of everything – cooking, connection and creativity.  Whether you’re already a gourmet chef, or an accomplished painter, or just getting started – you’ll find that the hands-on recipes are ones you’ll use over and over, and that the painting and art instruction suits, and inspires, you at any level of experience.

Ultimately the day is designed to remind you of the joy and energy that bringing mindfulness and creativity back in to the kitchen, and into your life, can bring.

Since September 2016, my life has been filled with the tenets, possibilities, and exercises of Positive Psychology.  It’s not necessarily about the “smiley face” but there is no question that integrating as many of the Pos. Psych. tools as possible leads to a happy – or happier – life.

I am a firm believer that creativity is the key to any new learnings – there’s something really powerful about learning with your left brain and then letting your right brain take over and really let it in.

So, Positively Creative was born.

It will be an in-person, 4 evening series, held at my home in North Vancouver starting June 8.  A little learning, a little discussion, a lot of creative self expression and inspiration.  10 amazing, fascinating women, delicious & healthy refreshments, everything you need for the creative projects, worksheets to take home, and 3 hours of time for yourself.

Or scroll down to join us on June 22 or 29.

If you’d prefer, or only have time for, one or a few, here you go…
